Did you miss the FG/Tiimafrica grant? Here’s another opportunity for you

Did you miss out on the FG/Tiimafrica grant? Here’s another funding opportunity for you.
It’s a win-win situation, get trained, funded, and get certified by experts at tiimafrica.

Tiimafrica is an early-stage venture fund that invests in startups with product in hand and most frequently with early revenue or pilots. Startups join tiimafrica looking to rapidly gain customers, initiate new partnerships, and raise additional capital.

Tiimafrica only invests in startups that have gone through the accelerator’s program which provides startups with direct access to enterprise customers, investors, consultants, mentoring, and thought leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

Anyone from anywhere (Africa) can apply to the tiimafrica accelerator’s program.

Registered company and a full-time founding team

Strong founding team with domain expertise.

The product launched in the market.

Product validation with minimum early customer traction in the form of proof of concept and pilots.

We’ll interview the founders in-person. The acceptance rate is above average, which centers around 55%, that is 1 in every 2 applicants.

This is because we want to work individually with every business, identify its problem, and provide the technical and business support unique for each startup thereby increasing the odds of businesses that come out of the program.

What You Stand To Benefit

We work intensively with the companies for three months, to get them into the best possible shape, and refine their pitch to investors, certify the participants, get equity-based funding and so much more.

The cycle continues after Demo Day when the startups present their companies to a carefully selected, invite-only audience. Virtual demos will be run to accommodate participants from other regions who are not able to make it to the physical demo.

But the tiimafrica accelerator’s program doesn’t end on Demo Day. We and the tiimafrica alumni network continue to help founders revive and sustain the life of their company, and beyond.

The applications are therefore open and until you hear from us, no final decision has been made on the closing date yet.
